This is an exciting and significant time to advance Justice and Law Enforcement Reformation and to promote human rights.

There are important challenges facing the African political and legal system: the implementation of the Human Rights Act, the challenges to the criminal justice system, the significance of the Law enforcement agencies for the sustenance of development, and the modernisation of our respective constitution and legal structures.

JLERO is uniquely established to respond to these challenges effectively and expertly. We hope you will consider becoming a Member of JLERO and help us ensure JLERO attain a status of pioneering successfully the reformation of our Justice and Law enforcement agencies.

The task ahead requires mobilization and education of the citizens on the importance of a good Justice and Law Enforcement system in the eradication of corruption and poverty in Africa for the sustenance of  our Socio, Political and Economic development. This is the structure we require as a Nation for the eradication of poverty and corruption in Africa.

As a Member of JLERO you receive:

• A copy of annual report

• Human rights protection Identity Card

• Membership of a network of expert lawyers

• Protection from Law enforcement harassment, intimidation and extortion

• Free legal aid to Non-Members of the Bar Association whose Rights is abused

• The Bulletin (two issues a year) with news of JLERO events and achievements
